Group Visit Costs
Group Costs
Group visit costs are $4.75 per person, including all
children, adults, and siblings over 12 months. Children under
the 6-child minimum or over the child limit, without special
approval, will be charged $8.00.
You must pre-register for a group visit in order to receive
the group visit rate of $4.75 per person. We ask that groups
pay for the entire group with one check, credit card or single
cash payment; payment can be made in advance or at the door
on the day of your field trip. To request an invoice for a
group visit, please contact Operations Manager at operations@habitot.org.
Super-discounted Field Trips for Eligible
Groups
Low-income preschools like Head Start and
state-supported schools, and other social service agencies
like homeless shelters, disabled centers, children's programs
and library literacy programs pay only $1.50 per child on group
visits to the museum (up to 4 per year). To qualify, the families
of 60% of the children in the group must receive state or
federal assistance. Documentation may be requested.
Super-discounted group visits MUST reserve the group visit date in advance
(no exceptions); NO discounts will be given to groups that
arrive without booking in advance.
Groups must meet the minimum and maximum group visit standards,
the adult to child ratio expected, and be scheduled at regular
field trip times. See group
visits for schedule times. In unusual circumstances, special
times when the museum is otherwise closed, may be reserved.

Transportation Reimbursements for
Eligible Groups
Super-discounted admission groups can receive reimbursement
of transportation costs up to $20 per group per visit. Please
contact our Family Outreach Coordinator for more information.
