• White coffee filters
• Safety scissors
• Tempera paint
• Water
• paint brush
1. Add water to tempra and stir. The paint should be fairly thin.
2. Paint coffee filters with the blue paint.
3. When the filters are dry, fold them in half, then in half again, and in half
one more time.
4. Cut small diamonds, triangles and half moons from both edges of the
folded filter. Do not cut all the way through to the opposite side.
5. Open it to reveal a tie-dyed snowflake. Press flat and hang in a window.
