Materials

  • Baby rice cereal
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Cornstarch (or gluten-free cornflour)
  • Unsweetened applesauce (you can substitute water if you don't have applesauce)
  • Food coloring (optional)

Directions
  1. Combine 1 cup of rice cereal and 1 cup of cornstarch and mix well.
  2. Combine 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, 3 tablespoons oil and any food coloring if desired and mix well.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
  4. Knead dough until it is smooth and pliable.
  5. If the dough is too dry add a few drops of water; if it is too sticky add a bit more rice cereal.
  6. Store in a sealed container or ziplock bag. It will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
