Toddlers will move to a Latin beat, sing along in Spanish and English and play drums, bells, maracas, rhythm sticks and more!

WEDNESDAY

Join Catherine of Cheza Nami (Swahili for “Come Play with me”) in this active class exploring the sounds and songs of Africa through music, dance and play. Children will develop rhythmic awareness and practice creative motion through dancing, drumming and song. Learning Swahili words and playing percussion instruments from Africa add to the fun!

THURSDAY

Get ready to discover art from around the world! Through fun, creative hands-on activities, your toddler will create unique art projects inspired by the traditional art of Africa, South America, North America, Australia and more. With a different theme each week, your child will love exploring our world as their creativity flourishes!

FRIDAY
Flavors of Asia

Join Herna from the Oakland Asian Cultural Center for this fun cooking class just right for your toddler. Tiny hand will chop vegetables, roll sushi, and pinch pot stickers as your child explores traditional cuisine from all over Asia. As an added bonus, your child gets to eat each creation at the end of each class!
