Party Policies & Recommendations
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Birthday room parties require a non-refundable minimum charge of $120 to reserve the day and time of the party. All children over 12 months (including siblings) and under 8 years are counted towards the minimum and maximum number of guest children. Excess guest charges for all parties will be charged on the day of the party. An authorized credit card charge form with valid credit card number must remain on file for all parties. We accept Visa, Master Card and Cashier's Checks. NO personal checks accepted.
Reservations are on a space-available basis. Advance reservations are strongly recommended for dates October-March. We do not allow peanuts or peanut-products (including peanut butter) or latex ballons at parties due to life-threatening risks. Alcohol is not permitted for parties during our open hours. Due to our insurance provisions, alcohol during Exclusive Museum Rentals is permitted only with the written acceptance of liability.
Please obtain the necessary liability forms and obligations from our Reservations Manager at the time of your booking. Habitot Children's Museum nor its individual staff members are responsible for any lost or stolen items, including items placed in day-of storage at the museum. We recommend that hosts and party guests do not bring valuables. Pricing and policies are subject to change.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds on pre-paid parties. Up to three (3) weeks prior to a party, you may request an alternate date with no penalty.
