Martin Luther King, Jr. Day At Habitot Children's Museum

Celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. Day with special activities to honor Dr. King’s work on behalf of peace and equality. Habitot invites you to celebrate during special holiday extended hours from 9:30 am – 4:30 pm on January 19, 2010. View our Hope & Peace Wall, highlighting Dr. King’s accomplishments and the leaders he inspired. Make Peace Medals in the Art Studio to present to family and friends who have shown great patience and thoughtfulness, or have been helpful in resolving a conflict. Hear stories about Martin Luther King, Jr., in the Multicultural Reading Tent throughout the day. Regular admission prices apply, $8.50 per person.
