Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Camp and workshop fees are fully refundable up until fourteen days before the start date. Between fourteen days before and the start date, 50% of the prepaid fee is refundable. Refunds are not given for "no-shows" or absences.

Camp Withdrawal

After attending the first day of camp, you decide to withdraw from the remaining days, 25% of the remaining value of the camp is refundable. There are no refunds after the second meeting.

Absences

There are no make-ups or refunds for student absence. Refunds will be given for instructor absence.
