Exclusive Museum Rentals
The whole Habitot space can be yours exclusively for you and your guests for a very special birthday or other celebration. Museum rentals are available whenever the Museum is closed to the public: weekday afternoons, evenings, and all day Sundays from April through September. The maximum number of guests is 75 and food and beverages may be served. Alcohol requires insurance and special waiver. Catering is available at additional cost.

Private Party
Enjoy the privacy of Habitot's separate classroom annex for your next birthday party. All guests receive free Museum admission before, during and after your party. Private party rentals are available on Saturdays and Sundays when the Museum is open to the public. The maximum number of guests is 60 and food and beverages may be served. Full kitchen facilities are available in the annex. Alcohol is not permitted during Private Parties. Catering is available at additional cost.

Birthday Room
Have your party right where the action is—in the main Museum anytime Habitot is open to the public! Birthday Room parties are limited to 8 children over 12 months and no more than 16 adults. Food and beverages may be served in the room, but no alcohol is permitted. Catering is available at additional cost.

Restrictions for All Parties
- No nuts or nut containing products
- No balloons except shiny Mylar type
- No alcohol without insurance certificate and waiver, and only when permitted
- No smoking in Habitot space or near Museum entrances
Please note that Habitot is not responsible for personal property of hosts or guests at any birthday party. Pricing and policies are subject to change.
Reservations
Parties must be booked a minimum of 3 weeks in advance. For parties October-March, we strongly recommend reserving two to three months in advance. Parties booked fewer than three weeks in advance, when available, are CASH only plus $200 signed credit card imprint on file for damage deposit.
Full payment is requested at the time of registration for all birthday parties. A minimum of $200 is required to hold a party date and all parties must be paid in-full 3 weeks prior.
Date Changes: A $50 fee is charged for a date change made less than two weeks in advance of your party.
Cancellations: We offer a 75% refund for any cancellation.
